Everything a hostel runs on, in one place
Ten things you would otherwise stitch together from registers, spreadsheets and a group chat — built in, and built to agree with each other.
Smart dashboard
Occupancy, collections, dues and today’s activity on one screen — the numbers you would otherwise assemble by hand every morning.
Real-time analytics
Every payment, allocation and check-out updates the charts as it happens. No nightly job, no stale report.
Cloud based
Nothing to install and nothing to back up yourself. Open it from the office desktop or the warden’s phone.
Secure authentication
Sessions, hashed credentials, rate limiting and account lockout — plus role-based access down to individual actions.
Mobile friendly
Built mobile-first. Wardens mark attendance and students raise complaints from a phone without pinching to zoom.
Fast performance
Server-rendered pages and indexed queries keep lists snappy at ten students or ten thousand.
Automated reports
Collection, occupancy, expense and attendance reports generate themselves and export to CSV or PDF.
Multi-hostel support
Run several properties from one login, each with its own buildings, floors, rooms, staff and books.
Data backup
Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery, so a bad afternoon never becomes a lost year.
Easy management
Bulk room creation, CSV student import and sensible defaults — you are running the hostel, not the software.
Two portals, one source of truth
The student portal and the owner console read and write the same records — so a payment recorded at the desk clears the student's dues the moment it is saved.
Run the whole operation, property by property
Occupancy, admissions, collections, expenses, staff and reports — with permissions fine enough that a warden sees their hostel and an accountant sees the books.
- Buildings → floors → rooms → beds, down to the individual bed
- Fee generation, part-payments, fines and numbered receipts
- Expense tracking and profit/loss per property
- Every sensitive change written to an append-only audit log

Diwali break — mess timings
The hostel fits in a pocket
Two apps on the same data: one for residents, one for the people running the place. Both work offline-tolerant and send push notifications the moment something needs attention.
Student app
Dues, room, attendance, leave and complaints in a pocket-sized view.
Admin app
Approve leave, record a payment and answer a complaint between rounds.
Push notifications
Due-date reminders, approvals and emergency alerts land instantly.
Online payments
Students clear dues from the app and the receipt is issued on the spot.
QR attendance
Scan at the gate — attendance is marked with a timestamp, no register.
Complaint tracking
Photo, category, assignee and status, followed through to resolution.
Digital receipts
Every receipt is downloadable as a PDF, numbered and never reused.

Built on a stack you can hire for and audit
No proprietary runtime, no vendor lock-in. Type-safe from the database schema to the button, so a rename in the data model breaks the build rather than a customer's month-end.

JWT auth
Stateless sessions
Other people's money and other people's children
Two things that leave no room for a best-effort approach. Tenant isolation is enforced in four independent layers, and every sensitive change is recorded.
Four layers of tenant isolation
A user from one organization must never be able to view, update, delete or export another organization's records. That is asserted by an automated test suite, not by convention.
- 1Organization resolved from the session, never from user input
- 2Every query rewritten with the tenant scope before it reaches the database
- 3Redundant ownership assertions in the service layer
- 4Database constraints that hold even if the application is bypassed
JWT authentication
Signed, short-lived session tokens — no server-side session to hijack.
Role-based access control
Seven role templates, 35 permission keys and per-member overrides.
Encrypted passwords
bcrypt at cost 12. Credentials are never stored or logged in plain text.
Secure payments
Card data never touches our servers — it goes straight to the gateway.
Daily backup
Automated snapshots with point-in-time restore.
SSL protection
TLS everywhere, HSTS, and strict transport and frame headers.
Audit logs
Append-only, with before/after snapshots and secrets redacted.
Two-factor authentication
Optional TOTP second factor, enforceable per role.
Activity monitoring
Failed logins, lockouts and unusual access surfaced to admins.
Owners, wardens and students, all in one system
What changes when the register, the fee book and the complaint diary become one record everyone can see their own slice of.
“We ran four properties on three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. Month-end used to take two days; it now takes about twenty minutes, and I can see every unpaid due without asking anyone.”
“Bed allocation was where we always got burned — two students, one bed, on admission day. The system simply refuses to double-allocate, and the transfer history means nobody argues about who moved when.”
“I can see my dues, download last term’s receipt and apply for leave without standing outside the office. The leave approval came through while I was still walking back to my room.”
“Complaints used to die in a register. Now every one has a category, an assignee and a clock on it — our average resolution time dropped from six days to under two.”
“The audit log settled a payment dispute in about a minute. Who recorded it, when, from where, and the exact values before and after. That alone justified the subscription.”
“We onboarded 320 students by CSV in an afternoon, errors reported row by row. I had budgeted a week of data entry.”
Priced per platform, not per student
Every plan includes the student portal, unlimited receipts and the full audit log. You are charged for the size of the operation, not for letting residents log in.
